01 Introduction

04 Account Conduct

Users are solely responsible for all activity that occurs through their registered account. You are required to keep your login credentials strictly confidential and to notify warga88 promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

The following conduct obligations apply to all registered Users:

• You must not share your username, password or account access with any third party;
• You must not allow another person to use your account on your behalf;

08 Intellectual Property

• The User has provided false or misleading registration or KYC information;
• Account activity presents an unacceptable risk under applicable compliance obligations;
• The User has registered multiple accounts in violation of the single-account rule;
• The User's jurisdiction of residence restricts access to the Platform.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of Terms, any bonus balance associated with that account may be forfeited. Verified real-money balances not subject to open bonus conditions may be returned to the User's registered payment method following a compliance review, at warga88's discretion.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Pending balance reviews and outstanding KYC requirements must be resolved before a final closure payment can be processed.

13 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the warga88 Platform, the User should in the first instance contact the warga88 support team and provide a clear description of the issue, the date on which it occurred and any supporting evidence.

14 Amendments

warga88 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Users who do not agree to an updated version of these Terms must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with the process described in Section 12.
